Wisly provides different roles including students, parents, tutors, institution administrators and staff.Access to features and information depends on the user's role and permissions.
4. Institution Accounts
Institutions are responsible for the accuracy of information they provide, appropriate staff permissions, and lawful use of student, parent and staff information within their organization.
5. Acceptable Use
Users must not misuse Wisly, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, distribute malicious software, abuse other users or use the platform for unlawful purposes.
6. User Content
Users retain ownership of content they submit to Wisly, subject to the permissions necessary for Wisly to host, process and display that content as part of the service.
7. Service Availability
We work to keep Wisly reliable but cannot guarantee that every feature will always be available without interruption or errors.

We may suspend or terminate accounts where necessary to protect the platform, enforce these Terms, address abuse or comply with legal obligations.
